Transfer or Wave Time Change

This form is used to make changes to your current registration. There is a $15 administrative fee per registrant to facilitate any changes.

FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED: Your original registration will be voided and a voucher code with redemption instructions will be emailed to you.

Online requests must be completed at least 7 days prior to your event date.

Transfers and wave time changes can also be made the day of the event at the venue. See the FAQ page for more information.

2) After the cancellation process is completed I will then be emailed a VOUCHER CODE to register for the correct event.
