Event Location Change - Date Change (deferment)

This form is used to make changes your current registration. There is a $10 administrative fee per registrant to facilitate any changes.

FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED: Your original registration will be voided and a voucher code with redemption instructions will be emailed to you so that you (or someone else) can register for any current or future year Pumkin Factor event. Your voucher code is transferable and valid until redeemed, and may be saved for future use.

Requests must be completed prior to online registration closing for your original event.

Terms & Agreements

1) I understand that my original registration will be voluntarily cancelled and void.

2) After the cancellation process is completed I will then be e-mailed a VOUCHER CODE to register for the correct event.

3) It is my responsibility to register for the new event location once the VOUCHER CODE has been provided.
